My instructional design work spans interactive e-learning modules, full-scale LMS courses, and micro-learning assets – built for diverse audiences from K–12 educators to adult professionals. I combine instructional design with understanding of learner psychology to create courses that engage, clarify, and stick. My goal is  to remove barriers to learning and help people actually use what they've learned.
